Quixote Transport Technologies, Inc. names Northeast Signal New Distributor

(DURHAM, NC  March 2007) – Quixote Transportation Technologies, Inc. (QTT) has added NorthEast Signal as a distributor for its Nu-Metrics product line in New York.  NorthEast Signal has been providing transportation solutions for the New York State traffic control market for nearly a decade.  The company will be responsible for distributing QTT’s portable and permanent traffic analyzers, and distance measuring instruments. 

NorthEast Signal’s management team has over 70 years combined experience in bringing innovative, cost-effective, technical solutions and a wide range of quality products to the signaling market.  They are also recognized by their customers as a service-oriented dealer / distributor, both pre and post sales. 
NorthEast Signal provides traffic solutions to Departments of Transportation (New York State, county and municipal), Emergency Services (police and fire departments), and Federal, State and County Parks departments.  Additionally, they serve installation and service contractors, engineering firms, data collection service providers, and retail outlets (malls, casinos, etc.).  The QTT product line will be handled by NorthEast Signal’s sales team, consisting of Roger Spain, Paul Jebbett and Bill Moore.  Customer Support will be handled by Charles Blount.
